What our community has already achieved

When we come together, change happens. Here's proof.

Advocated for Eid as a recognized holiday

WMCA advocated for the recognition of Eid as an important religious holiday in Wisconsin. This effort supports religious inclusion by encouraging schools, workplaces, and public institutions to acknowledge Eid and better accommodate Muslim students, families, and workers while promoting understanding of religious diversity across the state. See the resolution here: AJR134

Increased Muslim voter turnout by 34% in the last election cycle

Through targeted education, registration drives, and community organizing, we mobilized thousands of first-time and returning voters.

Endorsed over 200 candidates

WMCA has proudly endorsed over 200 candidates across local, state, and federal races who demonstrate a commitment to inclusive leadership, civic participation, and policies that uplift diverse communities. Through a rigorous evaluation process, these endorsements help ensure that community voices are represented in decision-making spaces across Wisconsin.
